Hello all! Today I with the assignment I will select 3 blogs and comment about them. I will take 1 post from each chapter to show the changes and occurred throughout the semester. Each of these posts will have a common theme regarding internet usage and how it affects the daily lives of people.

Blog 1: Reading Annotation Blog 1.3

Although this blog talks a lot more about Tribal Sovereignty, the main subject there that is consistent with a lot of the blogs I write related to how the internet is used, how access to it affects us, and how it changes the lives of people daily. In this post I talk about how locking access of certain groups to the internet can negatively impact them, as well as my own opinions on the matters - as personally I use the internet daily and think it should be a right for all people to use. As this is one of my first blogs, I don't really have much experience writing blogs so personally I feel like it's a bit worse compared to my others later on. 

Blog 2: Reading Annotation Blog 2.4
 
In this second blog, I talk about the digital divide, and how the use of social media has caused people to be more segregated than ever despite the intention of unifying the world. The blog ties together various topics we had talked about in the previous blogs and adds more to them - mainly being biased algorithmic oppression and how search results and social media will use "common results" which sometimes results in stereotyping and biased results. Furthermore, this blog manages to get it's point across in a more concise matter compared to my previous ones, not overflooding the post with unnecessary words or sentences and getting to the point, which personally I think is an improvement.

Blog 3: Reading Annotation Blog 3.3

In this last one, I talk about how there's discriminatory design on the internet - tying back to the previous chapter's topics of algorithms and how most of the times the big companies know of there being discriminatory flaws in their algorithms but refuses to address or fix it until it is too late. I used an example of video creators here without naming the exact website, but it should be apparent on which one it is considering it's popularity. Personally I think this one is one of my better blogs as I have managed to get my "style" down and have a satirical picture in the post as I feel it would help some people lighten their mood slightly on such a topic - not that it should be taken lightly, but I feel like it would help people understand it better.
